This analogy is a humble tribute to the document known as Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, made popular in the cult classic Behold a Pale Horse by the late William Cooper.
Some circulating versions of Silent Weapons contain a claim that it had originally been uncovered by accident on July 7, 1986 when an employee of Boeing Aircraft Co. purchased a surplus IBM copier for scrap parts at a sale, and discovered inside a copy of the pamphlet.
This is the core message of Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars: that human behavior (e.g. within the context of economics and currency) follows the same laws as an electrical current.
What Mr. Rothschild had discovered was the basic principle of power, influence, and control over people as applied to economics. That principle is “when you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you.”
