Humanzees
As fun as it sounds, the origins of this word are terrifying. In the 1920s a Russian scientist named Ilya Ivanovich Ivanov attempted to create a human / chimpanzee human hybrid, with the goal of creating ‘ape soldiers’ with the ability to communicate and take commands, yet with the primal power of an ape.
Sheeple
Assuming that Ilyad’s “humanzees” were secretly a success (or at least the start of something more viable), it’s not a far stretch to assume that other human-animal hybrids have been attempted over the century since then.
OK, but Why?
Why sheeple? Why Alexander Graham Bell? And why is he nude? All these questions will be answered and more!
About Issue 1: Escape from Jekyll Island
In the debut issue, Lex and Cal take a trip to Jekyll Island circa 1913 – the birthplace of the Federal Reserve. Here they must fight off hordes of sheeple as they uncover the plans of Alexander Graham Bell, JP Morgan, William Rockefeller, and other elites.
